Last month, it was London Craft Week's 10th anniversary. TM (TsevdosMcNeil) is a brand consultancy, working with exciting and innovative companies to bring their brands to life.
For London Craft Week, TM explored ways to offer variety, quantity and quality that would exploit the latest developments in 3D art and digital printing. By printing digitally, they wanted to be able to mirror the flexibility of digital image-making with each poster being one of a kind. And, in doing so, embodied the position London Craft Week has held in the world of craft as a pedestal for the diversity of craft — something that one single hero image would ever achieve.
TM asked for my assistance to transform their idea into reality. We leveraged the HP SmartSteam Designer new Spark feature, which enables to define JavaScript algorithms to generate beautiful creative art graphics programmatically.
For the event, we created a limited edition of posters. The campaign composes of digitally ‘remixed’ vessels, working with material, lighting and form to create an ambitious collection of 1,000 unique objects. Each copy has been printed variably using HP Spark, ensuring that no two copies are the same.

Customer's Quote:
" Amir has become our go to consultant when it comes to generative design and print. I don’t know how he does it, but I do know he takes our complex programmatic briefs and makes them look simple! "
Danny McNeil, Creative Director, TM.
Thank you, Danny and the TM's team, that project was all fun and pleasure. What a great team to work with!
